How Every Project Works

Regardless of which studio you're working with, every BellerCreatives project follows the same core workflow. This keeps things predictable for you and ensures consistent quality on our end.

1. Submit Your Order

   Choose a studio (Cover Design, Audiobook Production, or Editorial), upload your manuscript or brief, and select your options. You'll get an instant confirmation with a timeline estimate.

2. We Review Your Materials

   Our team reviews your submission for completeness — manuscript format, special requirements, pronunciation guides for audiobooks, design references for covers. If anything is missing, we'll ask before starting.

3. Production Begins

   Your project enters the production queue. Cover designs go through composition, typography, and color grading. Audiobooks go through narration, mastering, and QC. Editorial work goes through structural review, line editing, and fact-checking.

4. First Draft Delivery

   You receive the first draft for review. For covers, this is 2-3 design concepts. For audiobooks, this is the first chapter mastered as a sample. For editorial, this is the marked-up manuscript with tracked changes.

5. Revision Round

   Every order includes one revision round. You provide feedback, and we refine the work. Additional revision rounds are available if needed. Most projects are finalized in the first revision.

6. Final Delivery

   You receive your completed files in all standard formats. Covers come in print-ready (300 DPI, CMYK) and digital (RGB, multiple sizes). Audiobooks come in MP3, M4B, and WAV. Editorial delivers a clean manuscript plus a change log.

This also means we can offer turnaround times that traditional studios can't. A cover that might take a freelance designer a week is produced in hours. An audiobook that would take a narrator days in a recording booth is generated and mastered in a single pass.
